Since its first issue in 1992 SLAP Magazine has celebrated skateboarding and its rich, creative culture. Following its final print issue in 2008, the magazine converted to a digital format focused on creating original video content.
In an effort to reconnect with the magazine’s artistic heritage, staff videographer Jonathon Rezonable and I conceived “Exposure," an interview series with established skateboard photographers in the Bay Area.
People loved it, but funding for content creation dried up about a year later. Bummer.
